about me

I live in Münchenbuchsee, near Bern, where I work and live as Freelancer under the name of «pixelmania». I began my professional education as mediadesigner publisher. Very eager for knowledge in mediapublishing and -editing, I continued to enlarge my knowledge in this field of activity.

After the professional education, creative school and some visits of differents technical colleges, I decided to begin my study for a lifetime. For the practical experience I took up several jobs in prepress studios, agencies, photographers as well as jobs for diverse clients.

Webdesign with XHTML/CSS

An appealing design and an user friendly user prompting are the fundamentals, to represent the content successfully. A structured approach to work and space for creativity allow this.

Not only the design, but also the access to the content would be warranted by XHTML/CSS, the structured data handling allow it to have access from several devices like webbrowsers, mobilphones and screenreaders.

Printdesign according to CI/CD

I create an annual report under the compliance by the guidelines for corporate design.

The images were taken from a existing database. The graphics were made from a excelsheet and adapted to the guidelines, the outcome of this is a consistent design of the annual report.

Printdesign

The design of my final assignment about Pestalozzi. Print space and layout grid were created, so that all design elements guide helpfully through the pages and contents.

The photographs amend the texts, while they are visual representing the locality of Pestalozzis life, at the same time the photos are a part of the design.

photo and image editing

The inconspicuous band-aid becomes his attention through the design. The little everyday object gets presented in the right perspective and will be to the leading actor. His unknown but exciting surface will be made viewable.
